Jacquelyn "Jackie" June Bradshaw

Jacquelyn “Jackie” June Bradshaw, 66, of Oologah, OK passed away Monday, October 30, 2006 in Tulsa, OK. She was born June 10, 1940 to Herschel Chapman and the former Okla Juanita Sisco in Oologah, OK. She married Billy Joe Bradshaw on May 16, 1959 in Siloam Springs, AR. She lived most of her life in the Oologah area.
She is survived by 2 sons: Bradley Bradshaw and his wife Debbie of Talala, Ok and Bentley Bradshaw and his wife Regina of Oologah, Ok. 4 Grandchildren - Jeffrey, Kelby, Matthew and Kalin. 1 Brother: Clarence Chapman and his wife Doris of Washington State. And 1 sister Peggy Holland and her husband Ted of Oologah, OK. Her best friend Clara Mynatt and her favorite companion Tawnee Belle.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 3, 2006, 10:00 a.m. at the Talala First Baptist Church with Rev. Lester Orwig and Rev. Brett Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at the Wann Cemetery near Oologah. Services are under the Direction of Collinsville Funeral Home.
