Jackie "Jack" Eugene Lewis

Jackie Eugene “Jack” Lewis entered into eternal life on Tuesday, July 16, 2013. He was born July 13, 1955 in Claremore, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents Onita (Brown) Lewis and Earl Eugene Lewis. Jack was the youngest of five children. He is survived by his loving wife Kerri (Sanders) Lewis and his children Jakki Sue Lewis, and Dustin Ross Lewis of Newton, KS and Joshua Andrew Lewis of Collinsville, OK. Three granddaughters, Jade, Jazmin, and Jalyssa. His siblings Charles and Tommie Kay Lewis, Andy and Shirley Lewis, and Kay and Mike McGonigal, all of Collinsville, OK, and Faye McDaris of Spavinaw. Numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews, along with several beloved friends.

10:00 am, Friday, July 19, 2013 at Faith Fellowship Church with Rev. Kelvin Limbocker officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Collinsville, Oklahoma
