Sue Scruggs passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, in Owasso, OK at the age of 87. Sue was born to Carl Benton and Gena Marie (Smallwood) Scruggs in Judsonia, AR on December 23, 1936. She was a lifelong member of the area, having worked for Silvey Insurance Company for 45 years until her retirement.
