Herman H. Thomason

Herman H. Thomason, 88, of Collinsville, OK passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2013 in Collinsville. He was born September 23, 1924 in Collinsville to Samuel Oscar Thomason and the former Elsey Aslee McCoy. He attended Owasso High School. He was a member of the Collinsville Masonic Lodge #165 and the Oologah Masonic Lodge #343. He was a member of the Cherokee Nation.

He is survived by his nephew, John Henry Thomason and his wife Darleen of Skiatook. A niece, Betty J Thomason-Fritts of Collinsville. Great-Nieces and nephews: Thomas Nathan Fritts, Todd Thomason, Tracy Thomason, Cindy Hughes, and Linda Claybough.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 Brother: Daris N. Thomason, 1 Sister, Anna Marie Thomason, 1 Sister-n-law: Sarah J. Thomason, 1 Nephew, Roy L. Thomason and 1 Great-niece, Sharon Jane Fritts.

Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2013 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services with Masonic Rites will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home with Dr. Tim Prock officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Mark Ehnen, Charlie Taile, Sam Orr, Gerald Branen, Steve Branen Stan Branen and The Collinsville Masonic Lodge. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
