Henry Franklin Watkins

Henry Franklin Watkins, 86, of Collinsville, OK passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in Collinsville, OK. He was born May 9, 1926 in Galena, KS to Cecil and Ida (Mace) Watkins. He had lived in Collinsville since the mid 1970’s. He was a member of the Baptist Tabernacle Church. He served in the Army during World War II and later was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He retired from Maloney Crawford Tank after 32 years.

He is survived by 2 sons: Larry Watkins of Sand Springs, OK and Steve Watkins and his wife Jo of Collinsville. 5 Grandchildren: Sheri Wilkins, Stephanie Himebaugh, Travis Watkins, Christopher Watkins and David Watkins and 5 Great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 1 brother, Bob and 3 sisters, Mary Ann, Helen and Joyce.

Visitation will be noon to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, November 8, 2012 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Cate officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. Online condolences may be made at www.collinsvillefh.com
