Helen M. Mckellop

Helen M. McKellop, 89, of Tomball, TX passed away November 21, 2013 in Tomball, TX. She was born October 12, 1924 in Goltry, OK to Edward A. Johnson and the former Lola M. Demsey.

She married James McKellop in Vian, OK on July 30, 1939. They moved to California in the early 1940's, then moved back to Oklahoma in 1951 before moving to Collinsville in 1955, then they moved to Houston, TX in 1965. She moved back to Oklahoma in 1984 after the death of her husband. In 2005, she moved to Tomball, TX . to be near her daughter, Cindy.

She is survived by: Park McKellop and his wife Blanch, Helen Pasdach, Shirley Freeman and her husband David, Michele Smith and her husband Danny, Linda Martin, Cindy Stein and her husband David and Larry McKellop. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded death by her husband, James Albert McKellop, 4 children: Alberta, James Jr., Michael, and James J. 4 siblings: Willard, Lennis, Virginia and Lawrence.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2013 with Rev. Kelvin Limbocker Officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery.
