Harold Edwin Roberts

Harold Edwin Roberts of Oologah, OK passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 in Chouteau, OK. He was 81. Harold was born on February 12, 1931 in Ramona to Thomas Ernest and Lillie Mae (Hancock) Roberts. Harold served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He worked for American Airlines as a mechanic until his retirement. Harold enjoyed taking care of his horses, which was more of a hobby than a job. Harold will be missed by many.

Harold is survived by his wife Vicki Roberts of the home; his children, Robin Roberts and wife Darla of Oologah, Brandy Dawn Roberts of Collinsville, and Shelly Sharp of the home; his sister, Helen Goad of Skiatook; his brothers, Perly Roberts of Oologah, and Bobby Roberts of Edmond; his granddaughter Allison Roberts of Oologah. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Lillie Mae Roberts; his son, Harold Edwin Roberts, Jr.; and 8 brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 23, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Oologah Dolton Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 24, 2012 at the Oologah Assembly of God with Pastor Kent Jensen officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Oologah. Services are under the direction of Oologah Dolton Funeral Home.
