Harold David Hobbs, 66 of Claremore, passed away, Saturday, February 26, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. He was born January 17, 1945 in Salina, OK to Raymond and Hazel Louise (Ecker) Hobbs. He enlisted in the Air Force and served December of 1964 until 1968 where he was stationed at George A.F.B. in California. He worked for John Zink Company as a CNC programmer. He married Linda Stall on July 23, 1988 in Eufaula, OK. He had lived in Claremore since 1984.
He is survived by his wife, Linda of the home. His step-mother: Goldie Hobbs of Collinsville, 3 Daughters: Diana Lynn Hobbs Thurman and her husband Ron of Collinsville, Dawn Renee Webb and her husband Dennis of Kansas and Holly Jene' Young and her husband Jason of Owasso. 4 step-children: Kandi Stall and Kara Stall of Claremore, Keith Stall and Kevin Stall of Owasso. 3 Brothers: Philip Pollard of CA, Ronald King of TX, and Tommy Hobbs of Ok, 4 sisters, Arlene Trotter of Cleveland, Shirley Goodpasture, Catherine Johnson and Jackie Best all of Hennessey. He is also Survived by 10 Grandchildren: Justin and Derek Thurman, Drew Baum, Sunny, Devin, Baylee and Dayvee Webb, McKayla, McKinna and Dalton Cecil.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: Earl Hobbs and Edward King.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the Faith Fellowship Church in Collinsville with Rev. Kelvin Limbocker officiating.
