Gretchen Margaret "Maggie" Butts

Gretchen Margaret “Maggie” Butts, 73, of Collinsville, OK, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in Tulsa, OK. She was born May 22, 1935 in North Hampton County, England to Charles Joseph and Ethel Gosling. She had lived in Collinsville, OK since 1971. She volunteered at the Collinsville School System and had retired from American Exchange Bank.
Son, John I Butts Jr. and wife Jackie of Tulsa, Daughter, Linda J Plunk & husband David of Collinsville. 5 grandchildren, Amber L Shanks, David A Plunk, Megan R Shanks, Jake Butts & Jackson R Butts. One Brother, Derek Gosling of Kent, England and one sister: Ann Snyder of Falls Church, Virginia and other relatives and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ira Butts, Sr.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009 at the Meadowcreek United Methodist Church with Rev. Laverne Short officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, OK.
Visitation will be Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
