Gloria Jean Hill

Gloria Jean Hill passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, in Eucha, OK surrounded by her loved ones.  She was 72.  Jeanie was born on September 19, 1952, to Tom and Alma (Womack) Seabolt in Stockton, CA. The family later moved to Oklahoma. Jeanie was a graduate of Sapulpa High School Class of 1970.  She married Joe Hill on June 17, 1972, and together they started their family. They moved from Hardesty, OK to Eucha in the summer of 1994.  Jeanie spent her time researching the genealogy of her family and was proud of her Cherokee ancestry.  You could often find her watching Osiyo TV.  Jeanie had a great love for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Family was very important to her.  Jeanie will be missed by many.

Jeanie is survived by her husband Joe Hill; her children Michael Hill and Rachel Hill; 2 sisters, Jerry Syrles and Brenda Belshe; 3 grandchildren, Cheyenne White and husband Christopher, Chance Hill, Cashton Hill and his mother Tia Pettijohn; 4 great grandchildren, Karsyn, Kamryn, Karter, and Kallee; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.  Jeanie was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Carolyn Dugan.

A Memorial Service for Jeanie will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Dogwood Chapel, 37394 S 543 Rd, Eucha, OK 74342, with Pastor Lennie Martin officiating.
