Frank Edward Sheeley

Frank Edward Sheeley, 86, resident of Owasso, OK for the last 2 years, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024, in Tulsa, OK. He was born February 27, 1938, in Chaplin, KY to Hilary and Buell (Terrell) Sheeley.  He married Georgeann on June 21, 1957, in WIllisburg, KY. He retired from Navistar in 1988. He loved fishing on Lake Okeechobee in Florida and watching University of Kentucky Basketball. He was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the First Baptist Church of Collinsville.

Visitation will be 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tim Prock officiating.

He is survived by his wife, Georgeann Sheeley, of the home. 1 son: Ron Sheeley and his wife Margaret of Collinsville, 2 grandchildren: Nathaniel Sheeley and his wife Bethany of Idabel, OK and Kayla Sheeley of Yukon, 2 great-grandchildren: Parker Sheeley and Juniper Sheeley. He is also survived by 2 brothers: Stanley Sheeley and his wife Johnnie Sue of Denver, CO and John Sheeley and his wife Linda of Wagoner, OK.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
