Bourbonnais-Frank Edward Jr., 55, died April 29, 2007. Born June 20, 1951 in Paducah , KY, Frank’s family was most important to him with the Tulsa Fire Department and “extreme fishing” running a close second and third. He retired from the fire department after 25 years to spend more time with his wife of 33 years and to follow his passion of Noodling. He was a think tank and wrote the “Happy Noodler”, a newsletter which included investment advice, family updates, fire department and fishing stories, and views on the economy and other world affairs. Visitors could usually expect a lesson in world affairs or history. Frank wanted other people to think and would take an opposing view to help accomplish that. His faith in God and love of the Church of God was strong and very important to him. He traveled many places in and out of the US to help with building projects and to support the other saints in the church. He would do anything he could for the people he loved. Frank is survived by the love of his life, Yvonne, daughters Kristina and Gary Pelletier, and Sally and Tony Chancellor, and sons Joshua and Desiree, and Alexander. He was also survived by grandsons, Gabriel, Xavier, Dominic, and Joshua., one brother David Bourbonnais, one sister, Bonnie Cook, brothers and sisters-in-law Bruce Catlett, Phillip Catlett, Ruth Ann Catlett, and Jamie Catlett and many other family and friends who love him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents Oneida Whitby Davis and Frank Bourbonnais Sr, his mother and father-in-law, Fred and Ruth Catlett, one brother, Jimmy Jackson, and one son, Frank Bourbonnais III. Visitation will be Wednesday at Collinsville Funeral Home all day with family receiving from 6-8pm. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am. Thursday, May 3 at Mowery Funeral Home in Owasso, OK with private graveside services. Please help us celebrate his life at http://papa-bourbonnais.memory-of.com. Happy Noodling, Papa.
