Francis H. Taylor

Francis H. Taylor born to Robert and Nancy Heape April 9th, 1930 in Arvin, Ca passed away February 3rd , 2020. She was preceded in passing by her Mother and Father, husband Roger L. Taylor Sr, and oldest sister Pernica.

Survived by her sister Virginia Risenhoover, 2 brothers Joe Heape and Robert Heape, and all 4 children Gary W. Taylor, Roger L, Taylor Jr, Constance N. Taylor Quarles, and Pamela Jo Taylor Jackson. She had more than 12 Grand Children and several Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.

The Heape’s family moved to Chelsea, OK from California where she graduated high school.

Then Francis attended college for a semester and then joined the Army and served her country.

She served at Fitzsimons Army Hospital in Colorado during the Korean war, and that is were she met her husband Roger L. Taylor Sr. who passed in 1998. They were married moved to Rochester, NY where they had 3 of their 4 children, and then moved to Oklahoma were the 4th child was born, the only true Okie out of the family of 6.

She worked at Hillcrest Hospital for 22 years in ICU and retired from the profession.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 6, 2020, noon to 8:00 pm at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Friday, 10:00 am, February 7, 2020 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Andy Plunk officiating. Interment will follow at the Winganon  Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
