Edgar J. “Jack” Bradley, 80, of Collinsville, OK passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in Collinsville, OK. He was born September 27, 1936 in Kanas City, KS. His parent were William Edgar Bradley and the former Mary Louella Criteer.

He had worked for Affiliated Foods of Tulsa until he retired in 1989.

He is survived by his Guardian, Trustee and Provider, Sari Blackburn-Johnson. 1 sister: Ruth Vining and 4 nieces.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister: Lillian Williamson.

Memorial Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 4, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Gene Akins officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Aruba Clinic.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
