Doyle Eugene Wheat

Doyle Eugene Wheat, 78, passed away January 22, 2007 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born October 27, 1928 in Sickles, OK to William E. and Kayte Wheat. He married Rita Webber on October 2, 1952. Doyle served his country in the United States Army. He later was self-employed as a carpet layer. His family and friends will miss him dearly.

Doyle is survived by his Wife Rita Wheat of the home; 3 Children, Richard Wheat, Mark Wheat of Tulsa, Cynthia (Wheat) Mendenhall of Tulsa; 3 Sisters, Maxine Keller of Skiatook, Betty Cook of Glenpool, Barbara Holeman of Oologah; 8 Grandchildren; and 13 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by her Parents William and Kayte Wheat; 2 Sons, David and Michael Wheat; 1 Sister, Jean Hawkins, and 1 Great Grandchild, Brooklyn Kinzer.

A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Oologah Assembly of God. Interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. Under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home, (918) 371-2111
