Douglass H. Faller

Douglass H. Faller, 61, of Collinsville, OK passed away Sunday, August 5, 2007 in Tulsa, OK. He was born July 24, 1946 in Falls City, NE to Virgil H. Faller and the former Donna L. Gerweck. He had lived in Collinsville for the last six years. He was a supervisor for 12 & 12, Inc. He was a member of the Swinging 8’s Square Dancing Club. He and his wife Pat were married February 24, 2001

He is survived by his wife Pat of Collinsville, OK. 3 Children: Mark Faller and his wife Phyllis of Craig, MO, Terri Parman and her husband Kirby of Barnard, MO and Larry D. Grumbles of Catoosa, OK. 2 sisters: Susan Pawelk and her husband Rick of Phoenix, AZ, Tony Crown and her husband Don of Tulsa, OK. 1 Aunt: Dorothy Fisher of Falls City, NE, and 8 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the Collinsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Stephenson officiating. There will be a gathering at the American Legion in Collinsville.
