Donna Mae Finnell-Miller

Donna Mae Finnell Miller passed away December 22, 2006. Donna was born July 18, 1934 in Tulsa, OK to Herbert Earl and Edna Grace Finnell. She lived in Collinsville for the last 45 years having moved from Owasso.

After retiring from Verdigris Valley Electric, Donna gave a lot of her time to family, friends and the community. Volunteered at the nursing home, took people to their doctor’s appointments, and even painted with the senior citizens in Jenks on Thursdays. Donna loved to decorate and had a certificate in Interior Design. Her life was dedicated to her family and friends and she will be missed by everyone. Donna was a member of the Meadowcreek United Methodist Church in Collinsville and attended when she was able. She was an avid lover of animals and rescued many.

Donna is survived by Daughter, Pamela Haddock of Collinsville; Brothers, Herbert Finnell and Jimmy Finnell both of Owasso; Grandchildren, Pepper Smalygo, Stephanie Felkins, Blu Haddock, Marla Haddock, Ashley Chastain, and Dusty Chastain; 11 Great Grandchildren; numerous family and friends; and her constant Canine Companions, Nick and Bonnie. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Herbert and Edna Finnell; Daughter, Holly Kay Smalygo; Son, Jordan Chastain; Brothers, Jerry Finnell and Richard Finnell.

A Private Family Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at Memorial Park Chapel. Under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home.
