Donald Charles Hoefer

Donald C. Hoefer, 89, of Owasso, OK passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013 in Collinsville. He was born August 14, 1923 in Williams, Iowa to Jacob Hoefer and the former Mabel Maubach. He loved to fly his Globe Swift airplane and playing Yatzee. He served his country in the Army from 1946 to 1948.

He is survived by his Sons, Rickie Dale Hoefer, David Leon Hoefer, Michael Roy Hoefer, and Patrick Allen Hoefer; his Daughters, Teresa Lynne Hovenga and Christy Sue Cook; his Grandchildren, Paul, Ryan, Blake, Garrett, Tristin, Christopher, Samantha, Timothy, Joshua, Cherie, Cierra, Jayden, Madison, and Evan; 15 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by 3 brothers: Darrel, Raymond and Roger Hoefer and 1 sister, Katheryne Smith.

Memorial Service: 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church, 13800 East 106th Street North, Owasso, OK 74055. Rev. Helmer Johnson and Rev. Chuck Horton officiating.
