Darrell G Fastzkie

Darrell G. Fastzkie, 62, of Moscow Mills, MO, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 3 , 2021 at his residence.  He was born on March 7, 1959 in Port Clinton, OH to Robert and LaVonne (Zenser) Fastzkie.  He grew up with his sister, Rhonda and attended the local schools in Ohio.  After his formal education, he enlisted in the U.S. Army.  Darrell loved his country and was a proud patriot.  He met his soulmate, Kathryn Thetford and they were joined in holy matrimony in May 1994.  The family lived in Tulsa, OK where  Darrell was doing Government work.  He was a perfectionist and took his job very seriously.  Darrell appreciated and cherished each and everyone of their children:  Christina, Mackie, Joshua, David and Elizabeth.  In his spare time, he loved fishing at Mark Twain Lake with family and friends.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Kathryn Fastzkie; his five children: Christina Jones, Mackie (Joshua) Gillette, Joshua (Tiffany) Lowrie, David Lowrie and Elizabeth (Caleb) Gipson.  He is further survived by his adoring 9 grandchildren: Christopher, Timothy, Austin, Faith Ann, Brooklyn, Madelyn, Logan, Sophia, Blake; his sister Rhonda Fastzkie and her children, Jeremy and Tamra; other relatives and friends.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, October 14, 2021 at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, OK.
