Darrell Gene Darden

Darrell Gene Darden, 75, of Collinsville, OK passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in Owasso, OK. He was born July 18, 1940 in Coweta, OK to LeRoy Darden and the former Iva Jean Still. He had lived in Collinsville since August of 2015 having moved from Catoosa. He was a member of the Anchor of Hope Fellowship Church in Tulsa, OK. Mr. Darden served in the Army during the Vietnam and Korean Wars. He was member of several different Bowling Leagues and was a volunteer at Hillcrest Hospital for several years.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn of the home. 5 children: Jason Ellison and his wife Barbara of Collinsville, Kim McCutcheon and her husband Bryon of Centerton, AR, James Darden and his wife Lori of Tulsa, OK, Michael Allen Darden and his wife Sherry of Texas and Sam Darden of Ava, MO. 1 brother: Bob Darden of Claremore. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren: Ethan, Keira, Jordan, Nikki, J.T., Thomas, Zachary, Joshua, Sarah, Jacob, Michael Anthony, and Jared.

Visitation will be 1:30 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Anchor of Hope Fellowship Church, 705 N. Quaker Ave., Tulsa, OK with Pastor Cathy Tune officiating. Interment will follow at the Sandridge Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
