Charlotte Jean Jackson

Charlotte Jean Jackson, 84, of Claremore, is survived by husband Walter, children Doyle (Dicie), Guy, Dale (Betty), June (Mike), and Jay, 12 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren (+2 on the way). She loved to hold babies when they squirmed and children when they cried. She honored her vows until death, 63 years later. She made the home and delighted whenever her family gathered. No one remembers her saying a bad word about anyone. She ordered her life around the things of God—reverence, humility, obedience, compassion, honesty, kindness, grace, and hope. She trusted in His Word. She did not want a big fuss made about her after she passed. She did not always get what she wanted. Ps 116:15

Visitation will be Friday, June 6, 2014, 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Oologah Church of Christ with Mr. Vance Smith Officiating.
