Charles Andrew Briggs, Jr. 63, of Collinsville, OK passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2008 in Owasso, OK. He was born December 13, 1944 in Tulsa, OK to Charles Andrew Briggs, Sr. and the former Opal Atkerson. He had lived all of his in the Tulsa/Collinsville area. He was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Collinsville. He had worked as a wireman.

He is survived by his wife: Sue Briggs, of the home. 2 Children: Denise Briggs of Corpus Christi, TX and Andy Briggs of Corpus Christi, TX. 1 sister: Darlene Welch and her husband Gary of Sand Springs, OK. 1 Brother: Glenn Briggs and his wife Darla of Tulsa, OK, and 1 nephew, Jason Briggs.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2008 at the First United Pentecostal Church of Collinsville, OK with Rev. Don Martin officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
