Chad Allen Ruddle

Chad Allen Ruddle, 45 of Collinsville, OK. went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2012 in Collinsville, OK. He was born March 2, 1967 in Tulsa, OK. to Dennis and Judith (Douglas) Ruddle.

He is survived by the mother of his 2 daughters, Stacy Ruddle of Collinsville, OK., 2 daughters, Brittany Ruddle and Beth Ruddle both of Collinsville, OK. His mother, Judith Ruddle of Collinsville, OK., 1 brother, Rick Patterson of Collinsville, OK.,1 uncle, Jerry douglas and wife Jeanette of Pryor, OK., 1 aunt, Joyce Brown and her husband Fred of Broken Arrow, OK.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis Ruddle and grandmother, Garnet Douglas.

Visitation: Thursday, August 30, 2012 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm with the family receiving guest from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral Services 2:00 pm, Friday, August 31, 2012 at First Baptist Church Collinsville with Rev. Helmer Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Collinsville, Oklahoma
