Cathy Loraine Whitten

Cathy Loraine Whitten, 68, of Collinsville, OK passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 in Collinsville. She was born April 30, 1948 in Hulbert, OK to Otis Brown and the former Evelyn McLendon. She had lived in Collinsville for the last 31 years. She was a beautician in Owasso for 32 years. Cathy loved to read, cook, watching cooking shows, making baby quilts and sewing.

She is survived by her husband, Charlie of the home, 3 stepchildren: Randy Whitten and his wife Becky of Skiatook, Lisa Scott and her husband Jeff of Owasso and Mike Whitten and his wife Christine of Logan, Utah where he is serving in the United States Air Force. 1 brother: Jim Brown and his wife Joella of Jenks. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the Free Will Baptist Church in Skiatook with Pastor Mitch Leonard officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
