Carlee Martin

Carlee Michelle Martin, 6 months, of Oologah, OK passed away Thursday, August 31, 2006. She was born February 20, 2006 in Bartlesville, OK to Valerie Martin and Donnie Cox.

She is survived by her Parents: Valerie Martin and Donnie Cox, Grandmother: Michelle Jewett, Grandmother: Carlene Huckleby and a Grandfather Frank Hurley. A Great Grandmother: Patricia Thomas, 1 Brother, Gage Martin and a sister Elizabeth Martin, Numerous Aunts and Uncles.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at the Oologah Assembly of God Church with interment following at the Oakhill Cemetery in Oologah, Ok. The Rev. Kent Jensen will be officiating.

Services are under the direction of Oologah Funeral Home.
