Bradley Wayne Carmack, born on July 4, 1978, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on March 21, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A dedicated steel worker, Brad was employed at Process Steel, where he contributed his skills and commitment to the craft.
Brad attended Collinsville Public Schools, laying the foundation for a life characterized by hard work and a strong connection to his community. He was known for his love of the outdoors, spending much of his leisure time engaging in activities such as fishing and riding on four-wheelers and motorcycles. A natural tinkerer, Brad enjoyed working on small motors and repairing mechanical devices, reflecting his practical nature and problem-solving abilities.
He is survived by his mother, Debbie French, and stepfather, Jim French; his partner, Lori Blevins, her children and grandchildren; his sister, Jennell Phillips, along with her husband, Jimmy Phillips, and their daughter, Bailey Phillips, his niece. Brad also leaves behind numerous aunts and uncles, his close cousins Travis and Linda Carmack, Brian Carmack, Kenneth Heaton, Brian Heaton, Shawna Williams, and a broad circle of extended family and friends who will remember him fondly.
Brad was preceded in death by his father, Gary Carmack, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
A memorial service celebrating Brad's life will be held at 2:00 PM on March 24, 2026, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel, located at 1302 West Main Street, Collinsville, Oklahoma 74021 with Rev. Dr. Brian Mangan officiating. This service will offer an opportunity for all who knew Brad to gather and honor his memory.
Brad Wayne Carmack’s life was marked by a profound dedication both to his profession and his passions. His practical talents, love for the outdoors, and the bonds he maintained with his family and community remain a testament to his character. He will be remembered with respect and affection by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
