Bonnie Jean Bates

Bonnie Jean Bates, 50, of Claremore, OK passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2010 in Claremore, OK. She was born June 21, 1959 to William and Lucy Sanders in San Bernardino, CA. She had work most of her life has a banker for Liberty Bank, she was also the co-owner of Bernina in Tulsa, she was currently employed at the Oklahoma Veterans Center in Claremore, OK as a nurses aid. She married Terry Randall Bates on March 27, 1980 in Del City, OK.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Randall Bates of the home. Her father, William Sanders and her step-mother Mazie Sanders of Del City, OK. 3 Brothers: Richard Sanders and his wife Virginia of Oklahoma City, Ok, Bill Sanders and his wife Linda of Yukon, OK, Mike Sanders and his wife Emily of Clovis, NM. 2 sons: J.C. Bates and his wife Christina of Chelsea, OK and Jeremy Bates and his wife Julie of Claremore, OK. She is also survived by 2 grandsons, James Thomas Bates and Caleb Alexander Bates, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother: Lucy Sanders, her brother, Danny Sanders.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 5, 2010 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at the Sunnylane Cemetery in Del City, OK at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Allen Dunn officiating. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
