Billie Jane Waggie

Billie Jane Waggie, 89 of Skiatook, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 in Skiatook. She was born In Seminole, OK on April 4, 1930 to Arol Dal Hemphill and Lily Olive (Kennedy) Hemphill-Goldman. She had lived in Skiatook since 2013 having moved from Turley.  She worked for Phillips Petroleum as a credit card Analyst for 10 years.  She attended the Turley Assembly of God where she was the oldest member. She was also known as serial hugger and she loved flowers.

She is survived by 2 children: Jonni Reeves and her husband Leonard of Wynona, OK and Cherie Waggie of Skiatook. 4 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 1 brother: Fred Goldman of Idaho Falls, ID.

She is preceded in death by 2 sons: James and Dal, 1 nephew: Scott and 1 sister: Betty Bullock.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
