Billie Louise Roane

Billie Roane, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and dedicated community member, passed away on April 5th, 2024, at the age of 72. Born on February 10th, 1952, Billie was a devoted wife to her late husband, Tom Roane, and mother to her daughter, Jessi Moreno, and her son, Justin Roane.

Throughout her life, Billie exemplified unwavering love and devotion to her family, her faith, and her community. She was a pillar of strength and kindness, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Billie's commitment to service extended beyond her family, as she served as a respected member of the Bartlesville City Council. Her dedication to improving the lives of others and making her community a better place was evident in her every action.

A woman of deep faith, Billie found inspiration in her relationship with the Lord. Her unwavering faith guided her throughout her life and served as a source of comfort and strength during challenging times.

Billie Roane leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and selflessness. She will be deeply missed by her family, including her daughter, Jessi Moreno, her son, Justin Roane, her sister, Patty Standeford, and her grandchildren, Daxton Moreno (age 12), Lillie Moreno (age 9), and Rex Roane (age 3). Though she may no longer walk among us, her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
