Betty Faye Hagerdon

Betty Faye Hagerdon, 81, of Collinsville, OK passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011 in Owasso, OK. She was born in Drumright, OK to H.G. Riggs, Sr. and the former Oowala Bushyhead. She had lived most of her life in Collinsville. She was a member of the Meadowcreek United Methodist Church and the Cherokee Nation. She was very active in the Community and always willing to give advice.

She is survived by 3 children: Melanie Bolding and her husband Marion of Tahlequah, OK, J. Mikeal Hagerdon of Kansas City, MO and Mark Hagerdon of Owasso, OK. 1 Brother: Dr. H.G. Riggs, Jr. and his wife Harriet of Columbia, MO and 1 sister: Madalyn Lester of Stillwater, OK. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 31, 2011 and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at the Meadowcreek United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Mangan officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Claremore, OK. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
