Bertie Mae Logsdon

Bertie Mae Logsdon, 79, of Talala, OK passed away Friday, March 20, 2009 in Talala, OK. She was born April 5, 1929 in Tulsa to Frank and Ruth Harvey. She had lived in Talala since the early 1950’s. She was a member of the Talala First Baptist Church, where many souls came to know the Lord and grew in knowledge of Him, because of her faithful service to her Heavenly father.
She is survived by her daughter: Jeanne Mahan and her husband Joel of Talala, OK. 3 grandchildren: Molly Price and her husband Robert Price II of Norman, OK, Jesse Mahan of Talala and Joseph Mahan of Talala. She is also survived by 1 step Sister: Beverly May and her husband Jack of San Antonio, TX and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, March 23, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Oologah Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 3:00, Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at the First Baptist Church of Talala with Rev. Brett Rogers and Rev. Lester Orwig officiating. Interment will follow the Fairview Cemetery in Talala, OK. Pallbearers will be: Joel Mahan, Jesse Mahan, Robert Price II, Gary Osburn, J.D. Williams and Ralph Bell. Honorary Pallbearers will be: George Vogel, Bill Sweet, Mark Rouk, and Mac Brown. Services are under the direction of Oologah Dolton Funeral Home.
