Barbara Joyce Vaughn

Barbara Joyce Vaughn, 79, of Collinsville, OK passed away Thursday, May 26, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. She was born in Tulsa on November 19, 1931 to William Rowe and the former Aileen Price. She had lived in Collinsville since 1971. She married Earl Wayne Vaughn on December 31, 1951. She loved the outdoors, looking for various types of rocks and seashells to add to her collection. She also enjoyed camping and taking road trips.

She is survived by her husband of the home, Earl Wayne Vaughn. 4 Children: William Vaughn of Collinsville, Randy Vaughn of Bixby, Joy Dysert and her husband Earl of Phoenix, AZ and Mike Vaughn and his wife Tonya of Collinsville. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Jeani Holman and her son, Larry Vaughn.

A Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday May 28, 2011 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stephen Hanes officiating.
