Anna Elizabeth Sory

Anna Elizabeth Sory, 92, of Collinsville, OK passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 in Collinsville, OK. She was born December 19, 1917 in Waverly, MO to Harvey N. Daugherty and the former Lola Faye Henry. She had lived most of her life in Collinsville. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Collinsville, OK, the Women's Home Extension Club and the Collinsville Garden Club.

She is survived by 2 daughters: Martha Blair and her husband Donald of Tulsa, OK and Mary Upky and her husband Russell of Alamogordo, NM. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter E. Sory and 2 children: Barbara Ruth Sory and Harvey E. Sory.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 6, 2010 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Mangan officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
