Adam Jay Miller

Adam Jay Miller, age 40, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023. Adam was born on November 2, 1982, in Tulsa, OK to parents Jack and Karen Miller.  He attended Oologah-Talala High School where he played baseball.  He went on to play baseball in Independence, KS. Adam made his career as a postal carrier at the Owasso Post Office.  He was a loving father to his daughter Nora Kummer of Stillwater, OK and a devoted partner to Lisa Denison of Coweta, OK.  Adam will be remembered as a loyal friend, a loving family man, and an all-around great human.

Adam is survived by his daughter, Nora Kummer; his partner, Lisa Denison; his parents, Jack and Karen Miller; his brother, Cody Miller; his sister, Brooke Brunson and brother-in-law Brook Brunson; 2 nieces, Brooklyn Smith and Raidyn Miller; and 4 nephews, Noah Blackwood, Ethan Miller, Jayden Miller, and Kenton Miller.  Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ellen and Jack Miller and Jacquelyn and Paul Hudson.

Visitation for Adam will be held from 12:00 pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.  Family will be present to receive guests from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 2, 2023, at the Oologah Assembly of God, 13462 South Highway 169, Oologah, OK.

All are welcome to celebrate Adam’s life.

In lieu of flowers a scholarship fund has been set up in Adam’s name at American Bank of Oklahoma in Collinsville.
