Ada Marie Dirickson, 97, formerly of Oologah, OK passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011 in Owasso, OK. She was born March 6, 1914 in Oologah, Ok to Commodore Perry and Isabelle Josephine (Chambers) Roberts. She had worked for Oologah Public schools for 35 years serving as Cafeteria Manager for a number of years. She was a member of the Oologah United Methodist Church.
She is survived by 5 children: John Dirickson and his wife Anna of Oologah, Mary Loshesky and her husband Pete of Derby, KS, Phyllis Spears of Bartlesville, Jim Dirickson and his wife Reva of Collinsville and Nancy Chapman and her husband Kenneth of Broken Arrow, OK. 1 Brother, Bob Roberts and his wife Amelia of Lowell, AR. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Dirickson and 1 grandson, Vance Dirickson.
Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, October 16, 2011 and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 17, 2011 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Oologah Assembly of God Church with Rev. Kent Jensen officiating. Interment will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Oologah. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
