Rosie Evalene Buchanan, 83, of Collinsville, OK passed away Friday, August 17, 2012 in Skiatook, OK. She was born October 30, 1928 in Keota, OK to William Hubert and Gracie Mayfield (Whitson) Brown. She had lived in Collinsville since 1953. She was a member of the Zion Hill Church.

She is survived by 2 children: Reba Stanley and her husband Danny of Collinsville and K.H. "Buck" Buchanan and his wife Helen of Sallisaw, OK, 3 sisters and 1 brother: Ruth Ann Suttles and her husband Jerrald of Siloam Springs, AR, Sharon Kay Rattarree of Muskogee, OK, Gary Wayne Brown and his wife Barbara of Keefeton, OK and Sue Nell Fuslier and her husband Jay of Crosley, TX. She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren and Great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bobby Buchanan, 1 sister: Juanita Clyma, 3 brothers: Howard, Austin and Carson Brown and 1 grand-daughter, Suzette Adams.

Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2012 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 20, 2012 at the Zion Hill Church in Oologah with Rev. Wendell Ban officiating. Interment will follow at the Wann Cemetery in Oologah. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home
